If you then choose to make an appointment, we’ll assist you in finding a time that fits your schedule.  Within a day or two, we'll email you a questionnaire in which you can give us a fuller picture and a better feel for your smoking history:  how, when, and why you began to smoke, what it has done for you in the past, and if there are certain people you smoke with.  We also want to know why you’re choosing to quit now.

We’ll pay careful attention to what you tell us. Then we construct a smoking cessation session to meet your particular needs. 

It’s that simple. 

If you’re like many of our clients, within a month or two, we’ll probably receive an email from you telling us how much more you’re enjoying life:  the taste of food, the scents in the air, perhaps the ability to breathe better.  Before long, you may report that it’s becoming easier to walk longer distances and to exercise more.  The results are individual, and can vary, but the sense of freedom and accomplishment is shared by many.
